We provide sensual-themed housekeeper services depending on the selected package, staff availability, and local law compliance. Our services include light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, surface cleaning, and tidying up. We do not offer deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, or handling of hazardous materials.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By booking our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Clients will be required to provide valid government-issued ID to verify age eligibility before service begins.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service.
  • Payment: Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms via our secured Stripe payment processor.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be refunded.
  • Eligible Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Conduct and Behavior

  • Client Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards our staff at all times. All clients must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which outlines behavioral expectations, boundaries, and safety guidelines. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
  • Staff Conduct: Our staff are professionals and are required to perform their duties with respect, discretion, and professionalism.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our Services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. 7. Liability

  • Limitations: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
  • Damage to Property: We are not liable for damage to fragile, unsecured, or valuable items unless caused by intentional misconduct or clear negligence. Please store such items safely prior to your appointment.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Arbitration will be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will take place in Houston, Texas with a mutually agreed-upon neutral arbitrator. Any arbitration must be initiated within one year of the dispute arising. Each party will be responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time due to a violation of our Code of Conduct, safety concerns, or any lawful reason. Clients may also terminate service in accordance with our cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided if the termination is due to misconduct or violation of these Terms.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseeable operational issues.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

14. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Housekeepers Houston from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Client’s violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Service Area

Services are provided within the greater Houston metropolitan area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zone.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website remain the property of Hot Housekeepers Houston. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

All services are provided in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
