Code of Conduct

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Please read our Code of Conduct carefully before using Our Service.

Hot Housekeepers Houston is committed to providing a fun, safe, and respectful experience for both clients and staff. To ensure this, we’ve outlined clear guidelines below.

Respect and Professionalism

All clients must treat our housekeepers and staff with courtesy and respect. Our service is costumed housekeeping and is grounded in professionalism: housekeepers remain fully clothed, and all services are strictly non-contact. Our team reserves the right to end a session immediately without a refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.

Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Physical contact of any kind
  • Lewd or abusive language
  • Sexual propositions or gestures, or requesting any service that is not on the menu
  • Taking photos or videos of a housekeeper without her prior written consent, or recording her with a home camera you have not told her about
  • Attempting to coerce or intimidate staff
  • Offering to pay, tip, or book outside the platform

Violations will result in immediate termination of service and may lead to a permanent ban and/or legal action.

No-Touch Policy

This is a core part of our business. Our housekeepers provide costumed light housekeeping only. Physical contact is never permitted under any circumstance.

Repeat Offenses

Any client who violates our conduct policy may be blacklisted from future bookings. We maintain internal records and take the safety of our team seriously.

Communication Boundaries

Clients may not contact our housekeepers outside the platform. All communication goes through the message thread on your booking, which both of you can see and we can review if something goes wrong.

Personal contact outside appointments is prohibited unless:

  • Written approval is obtained from Hot Housekeepers Houston management
  • The communication relates to a specific, pre-approved business purpose
  • All parties have provided explicit consent

Unauthorized contact may result in service termination and account suspension.

Emergency Protocol

If an issue arises during a session:

  • For housekeepers: Immediately pause service, move to a safe location if needed, and use the emergency contact method provided during onboarding
  • For clients: Use Something wrong with this job? on your booking page, which opens a private conversation with us that your housekeeper cannot see, or email support@hothousekeepershouston.com. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first

All incidents will be documented and investigated promptly.

Privacy and Monitoring

We respect your privacy and ours. While sessions are not recorded, our safety protocols include:

  • Incident reporting: All housekeepers report safety concerns and policy violations
  • Client flagging system: Previous incidents may affect future booking eligibility
  • Check-in procedures: Housekeepers maintain regular contact with our support team
  • Documentation: All appointments and incidents are logged for safety purposes

Your Home

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a clean, safe working environment, and disclosing any hazard in advance
  • Securing valuable or fragile items, cash, medications, and firearms before service
  • Keeping pets contained, and telling us at booking who else will be home
  • Any damage to the housekeeper’s property or equipment
  • Maintaining appropriate temperature and lighting
  • Telling your housekeeper, before she starts, about any camera or recording device in the areas where she will be working

Who may be present: only you, the verified client, and other consenting adults. You must be reachable for the whole appointment.

We reserve the right to end service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Your privacy is protected, but safety is our top priority.

Thank you for supporting our mission to provide a safe, elevated, and unforgettable service.
Let’s keep it clean, classy, and respectful. 💋
