How It Works: Book With Confidence

Browse the housekeepers who cover your ZIP code, open a profile and send a booking request — your style, hours, date and time (at least 48 hours ahead, up to 60 days out), your address, and anything she should know before arriving. Nothing is charged at this point.

All clients must be 18+. The moment you send your first request we give you a secure Stripe link to verify a government-issued photo ID — it takes about two minutes, and we email the link too. Your housekeeper cannot accept until it clears, and you never have to do it again.

Your request goes to that housekeeper, not a dispatcher. She reviews it and accepts or declines, and you get an email either way — usually quickly. Requests that go unanswered expire on their own, and nothing is ever charged for one.

Once she accepts, you pay the full amount through secure Stripe Checkout and the booking is confirmed. If your appointment is within 5 days, we only place a hold on your card and take the payment when she marks the job complete; for dates further out, the card is charged when you confirm. Either way, the total you see before paying — hours, add-ons and any travel fee — is the total.

Cancel 48 hours or more before the start and you get everything back — a hold simply drops off your card. Between 24 and 48 hours, half is retained. Under 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable. If your housekeeper cancels, you are refunded in full whenever it happens.

Before she arrives: declutter, secure valuables and fragile items, keep pets contained, and have cleaning supplies ready — or add the $30 supply fee at booking and she brings her own. You can message each other from your booking page if anything changes.

Your housekeeper arrives in an unmarked vehicle. If you or she would like a safety companion on site, one can be arranged on request — a member of our team who waits outside and does not enter your home. Mention it in your booking notes.

After a brief walkthrough, your housekeeper changes into the uniform or costume you selected and gets to work. Our strict no-touch policy applies at all times. A housekeeper's first visit to your home is at least 2 hours; once she has cleaned for you, you can book her again for as little as an hour.

Housekeepers stay fully clothed, physical contact is prohibited, and we maintain zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour from any party. Any request outside these standards ends the appointment immediately, with no refund.

When she marks the job complete, your space is tidied and — if your card was on hold — the payment is taken then. You can leave a review from your booking page. Tips are appreciated but never required, and go entirely to her.
