What that looks like
A 3-hour Maid Outfit booking at $400/hour comes to $1,200 in total. With a new client you keep $840 of it, and your share of that client's bookings rises the more you work with them.
Housekeepers here currently charge $170–$450 per hour across the tiers, and you set your own rate for each style within its band — which is $119–$315 an hour to you starting out at today's rates. You choose your styles, your rates and how many bookings you take. We never take a share of a tip — a cash tip from a client is yours to keep.
One honest note: we are new, and our client base is still small. Expect bookings to be occasional at first rather than a steady week, and treat this as extra income until that changes.

How the work actually runs
You are an independent contractor here, not an employee on a rota.
Work comes to you as a request with the client, time, and pay shown up front. Decline anything that does not suit you — it costs you nothing and does not affect future requests.
You pick which service tiers you offer and which parts of Houston you cover. Your profile shows your own rate, and you can change it whenever you like.
Your payout is released the moment a booking is marked complete — no weekly cycle to wait for. It goes through Stripe into an account only you control.
Every client passes a government-ID and 18+ check before you are asked to accept. You can work no-contact, and all messaging stays inside the platform.
What we're looking for
Applications are screened before anyone is asked to pay anything.
Cleaning experience
Housekeeping, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Attention to detail matters more than years on paper.
Comfortable with the format
Themed outfits and light entertainment alongside the cleaning, within clear professional boundaries you help set.
Reliable and discreet
Punctual, trustworthy, and able to keep client confidentiality. Professional conduct is non-negotiable.
Houston area, own transport
You need to be able to reach clients across the greater Houston area under your own steam.
Able to pass a background check
A criminal background check through Checkr is required before any profile goes live. You give consent as part of the application.
Ready to work for yourself
You will be an independent contractor: you manage your own taxes and build your own client base on the platform.

How applying works
You apply free and build your profile free. The fee is the last step, never the first.
Tell us who you are, the services you want to offer, and where you work. Free, and takes a few minutes.
A person reviews it. If we screen you through, your profile editor unlocks. If not, you are never charged anything.
Write your bio, set your own hourly rate and the styles you offer, upload your photos, and set your service area and working hours. Still free.
With your profile finished, pay the one-time $50 vetting fee and complete your Checkr background check. This is the only fee on the platform.
Once approved, your profile joins the gallery, you connect your bank through Stripe, and booking requests start coming to you.
Questions from applicants
How much of each booking do I keep?
You keep 70% of every booking to start. Once you have earned $500 from a particular client, your share of that client's bookings rises to 80%, and to 90% past $2,000. The rate is set per client and locked in when a booking is confirmed. We never take a share of a tip.
What does a booking actually pay?
You set your own hourly rate for each style you offer, within a band around the going rate for it. Housekeepers on the platform currently charge $170 to $450 per hour across the tiers. At those rates and the starting share that is $119–$315 per hour to you, and your share of a client's bookings grows as you keep working with them. How much you earn overall depends on the rates you set and how many bookings you accept. We are new and still building our client base, so expect bookings to be occasional at first — we do not promise a weekly figure, and you should not plan around one.
Is there a fee to apply?
There is a one-time $50 vetting fee that covers your background check — but it is the last step, not the first. You apply free, and if we screen you through you build your whole profile free. The fee is only asked for once your profile is finished and ready to go to final review. If we do not screen you through, you are never charged.
When do I get paid?
Your payout is released as soon as a job is marked complete — there is no weekly cycle to wait for. It goes through Stripe into the bank account you connect, and typically lands within a couple of business days. You are an independent contractor, so taxes are yours to manage.
Do I choose my own clients and schedule?
Yes. Every booking comes to you as a request that you accept or decline, and you set which service tiers you offer and which areas you cover. Declining a request costs you nothing.
What does "entertainment" mean here?
Themed outfits, friendly conversation, and personality alongside the cleaning — always within professional boundaries. No inappropriate contact or requests. You set and keep your own limits, and you can decline any booking.
What safety measures are in place?
Every client completes a government-ID and 18+ check before you are asked to accept their booking, so you never commit to an unverified client. You can also work no-contact, and messaging stays inside the platform.
